Who we are

New Atlantis Developments runs the website newatlantisdevelopments.com and sells the work of Jedidiah Hill, including the book Going from Me to We and the Blueprint Session. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean New Atlantis Developments. If you have any question about your information, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill in a form, take the quiz, join the community, book a call or place an order, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address and phone number, plus your answers to the form or quiz.
• Order information. We keep a record of what you bought, when and for how much.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our website or our servers. We only see limited details from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card and whether the payment went through.
• Cookies and analytics. Our site uses cookies and similar tools to keep pages working, remember your visit and count how people use the site, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for, such as your book download, your free Daily Forge Starter, your community access or your booked session.
• To answer your messages and give you support, including refunds.
• To send you emails about the book, the Daily Forge, the New Atlantean Society and related offers, if you signed up for them.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.
• To prevent fraud and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Email marketing and unsubscribing

If you give us your email address, for example to get the Daily Forge Starter or to buy the book, we may send you emails about our work and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by writing to [email protected]. If you have bought something, we may still send you messages about that order, such as receipts and access links.

If you give us your phone number, we will only send you text messages if you agreed to receive them. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with companies that help us run the site and deliver our products, and only as much as they need to do that job. These include:

• GoHighLevel, which hosts our website, forms, quiz, community, calendar and contact records.
• Stripe, which processes payments.
• Email and messaging providers, which deliver our emails and text messages.
• Video call tools, such as Zoom, if you book a Blueprint Session.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as you stay on our list or remain a customer or community member. We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law,
• stop sending you marketing.

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, such as the right to complain to a data protection authority. To make any request, write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will answer within 30 days.

Security

We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed without permission.

Children

Our site and products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other sites, such as Amazon and our social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will let you know by email or on the site.
