Using this site

By using newatlantisdevelopments.com or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, try to break into it, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

Digital products and your license

When you buy a digital product, such as the Going from Me to We PDF and its bonus books, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print it for your own use.

You may not copy, share, resell, upload, post or otherwise distribute the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Short quotations for reviews or discussion, with credit to Jedidiah Hill, are welcome.

The Blueprint Session

The Blueprint Session is a private 45-minute video call with Jedidiah Hill. After you pay, you book a time through our calendar. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead by writing to [email protected].

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the $11 book or the $97 Blueprint Session, email [email protected] and we will refund you. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once a book order is refunded, please delete your copies of the files.

The New Atlantean Society

A free place in the New Atlantean Society comes with the book. Please treat other members with respect. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or breaks these terms. We may change or close the community at any time.

No guarantee of results

Our books, sessions, quiz and community are for educational and personal growth purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Your results depend on you, and we do not promise any particular outcome.

The HIP System and seasteading

Information on this site about the HIP System, seasteading and building on the water is for general information only. It describes ideas and designs that are still in development. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any securities, investment or ownership interest, and nothing on this site is an offer or contract to design or build any structure. Any future project would be covered by its own separate written agreement.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
